I found this diet in my email. It came from a client of mine. I met this person a year after I became a nutritionist.
I don’t remember much, but I think she was one of my first clients.

I know you are not into this, but I found an Asian Diet that you will probably want to share with all of your readers. You can find the details for this diet in the attachment. I can say I tested this diet on few of my colleagues at work, and the results are vivid after ten days as the source said.

Here is the Asian Diet in full. Let’s see how it goes:
- Breakfast – Cooked millet in skimmed milk and a cup of unsweetened green tea with lemon
- Snack – An orange or a grapefruit and green tea, chopped fruit in low-caloric yogurt
- Lunch: Option 1: Integral rice combined with cooked vegetables and tomato sauce.
Option 2: Chicken and baked potato spiced up with lemon and vinegar
- Snack: A cup of chamomile tea, green tea, or skimmed milk.
- Dinner: Chopped chicken in tiny cubes combined with broccoli or another green vegetable. You can prepare the chicken on a little bit of oil and spice it up with seasonal mix and lemon
- Dinner x2: If you go to bed late, you can have a cup of tea or milk
It doesn’t look bad, but I’m afraid the switch you have to do from a full unhealthy diet to this.
I think you will feel hungry most of the time. However, if you need to lose a couple of kilograms fast, the Asian Diet could help you do that.
